ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES•Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner.•Maintain an inventory sheet that reflects daily sales.•Outstanding example and a credit to Downstream Casino Resort.•Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.•Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.•Attends all necessary training meetings.•Assist in other projects, as directed.•Duties, responsibilities, requirements, and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule.•Responsible for Agilisys and tip out policy. •Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe, communicates with beverage servers, and presents drinks to guests or servers as required•Slices and pits fruit as required•Check expiration dates on food and beverage products in beverage cart storeroom. Rotate and organize products and inform management to order new product when necessary based on par levels. •Confirm cart is fully operational before starting rounds, (gas, air in tires, oil etc.).•Park and hose down cart at the end of the shift. Carts must be kept clean at all times.•Must have knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.•Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Missouri Law.•Keep beer coolers and snack boxes clean and organized. •Must be available to work on major holidays•At all times acts as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Downstream Casino Resort.•Check expiration dates on food and beverage products in beverage cart storeroom. Rotate and organize products and inform management to order new product when necessary, based on par levels.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.•Must be 21 years of age.•Valid Driver's License•High school diploma or its equivalency required. •Must renew MVR yearly. •Applicants must be able to substantiate a safe driving record within the parameters acceptable to our liability insurance carrier. •Able to carry and balance service tray.•Legible handwriting.•Prior food server experience preferred.•Basic knowledge of menu prices and composition of food and beverage menu items.•Professional appearance.•Team player.PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. •Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations and be able to maneuver to all areas of the golf course.•Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.•Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the golf course.•Respond to visual and aural cues.•Read, write, speak, and understand English.•Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.•Must be able to maneuver from restaurant to kitchen area and back to restaurant bringing customers their food and beverage orders during the entire shift.•Able to lift trays with food above shoulder level.•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.The Downstream Casino Resort adheres to all applicable Resolutions of the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma.
