The primary function of a Technical Business Analyst is to drive product requirements from high-level business requirements to actionable detailed product specifications. Additionally, you will define feature sets for existing and new applications or products by facilitating the exchange of information around requirements between all stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  1. Write/Maintain Functional Specifications for B2B integrations, Feature Sets, including Workflow, Impact to Existing Applications, UI Design, Navigation, and Definition.
  2. Possess strong technical skills with technical integrations and the Microsoft technology stack.
  3. Have mortgage lending experience, specifically with Default or Originations.
  4. Work on multiple, complex specifications.
  5. Act as a resource for understanding the impact of features across one or more products.
  6. Follow standard development processes to optimize limited resources.
  7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as QA, Helpdesk, Development, Operations, and Marketing.
  8. Create and maintain a project plan to track IT milestones.
  9. Provide regular project status updates, including risks, to stakeholders.
  10. Conduct coordination meetings and provide status reports, including presentations for executives. Additional duties may be assigned.

What You Will Bring

  1. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Writing, or equivalent work experience.
  2. At least 1 year of related work experience in the Title/Real Estate industry.
  3. Ability to build consensus.
  4. Experience with the System Development Lifecycle.
  5. Experience with project coordination or management.
  6. Knowledge of successful software development methodologies and best practices.
  7. High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  8. Ability to analyze complex concepts and provide thorough descriptions.
  9. Working knowledge of HTML and HTML editing tools.
  10. Strong customer service focus.
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  12. Strong attention to detail.
  13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  14. Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  15. Problem-solving mindset with multitasking ability.
  16. Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
