In this role you will : Provide strategic financial leadership and serve as a hands-on financial leader with responsibility for oversight and protection of the assets and financial integrity of the company. Perform financial planning & analysis functions including strategic planning, competitive analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analyses to inform strategic and tactical decisions made by the company. Provide proactive support to the President and leadership team regarding all financial, compliance, administrative, and legal financial matters. Operate on a global basis to obtain value-added business and geographic insights. Design, propose, and implement financial metrics linked to the strategic plan to monitor financial achievements against long-term and annual targets. Reinforce a metrics-driven culture with clear communication, objective goals, and alignment across all functions. Act as an effective change agent within the company, sector, and finance, managing change to achieve desired outcomes. Prepare financial and strategic plans for new ventures, including root cause analysis and action plans to meet financial commitments. Train and develop employees across the company, especially within the finance organization. What you will bring : A recognized professional accounting qualification; a graduate degree is preferred but not necessary. Extensive experience with metrics-driven financial planning and analysis to develop KPIs and standardize financial processes. Experience with international finance requirements and growth-stage companies. Strong business partnering skills aligned with a culture of teamwork, collaboration, respect, empathy, and best practices. Proven track record in implementing software packages (ERP, CRM), driving adoption, and improving efficiency. Experience in commercial management, developing new business models, pricing strategies, and data utilization. Ability to analyze growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives for rapid growth. Passion for building and developing high-performing teams. Excellent leadership skills to inspire others. Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting/financial experience in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS / GAAP), financial reporting, and internal controls. Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with critical thinking. Deep understanding of cost accounting and inventory management. Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations. Compensation : Competitive base salary and shares.
