As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for helping customer’s and OneMain Financial resolve auto claims over the phone as quickly and accurately as possible. Location: Onsite in West Valley City, UT Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Key Responsibilities: Seamlessly handle a high volume of incoming and outbound calls to answer questions, obtain additional information and provide support for the customer throughout the claims process. Make high volume of outbound calls to follow up on status of pending claims and obtain additional information required to resolve claim as quickly as possible. Investigate, analyze, and document auto claims in a timely fashion. Evaluates and negotiates the resolution of claims to achieve the best claim outcome for OneMain Financial and our customers. Educate customers on insurance claim process and other ancillary insurance products.
