This highly respected healthcare organization in Northeastern Washington is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Manager for an exceptional opportunity to lead a dynamic imaging services team. The Diagnostic Imaging Manager will report directly to the Director of Radiology and oversee a team of skilled imaging professionals, including radiologic technologists and support staff. The Diagnostic Imaging Manager will lead a busy imaging department that performs a wide range of diagnostic procedures, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans. Last month alone, the team completed 133 X-rays, 38 MRIs, and 81 CTs. The department is known for its fast-paced, professional atmosphere and commitment to delivering accurate, timely results. The Diagnostic Imaging Manager will plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the imaging services department. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing budgets, and overseeing staff performance. On the clinical side, the Diagnostic Imaging Manager will promote quality improvement initiatives, ensure staff competency, and maintain a culture of safety.
