Digital Project Manager (Accessibility)

Industry: Fortune 500 Financial Company

Location: Newark, NJ (hybrid; 1-2 days onsite, 3-4 days remote)

Duration: 3-month contract (temp. w/ potential for extension)

Pay rate: $31-$36/hr

As a Digital Project Manager , you will support the continued advancement of accessibility in alignment with our Enterprise Standard to businesses within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution for bringing websites, applications and documents up to current and future standards as they emerge
• Draft and manage exception requests for product owners including action item follow up
• Collaborate with product owners to gather website inventories
• Coordination with 3rd parties, testing teams, technology teams and others that assist with remediation of ADA defects
• Responsible for reporting/dashboards and other program activities

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years in project management or delivery lead role
• Experience in technology
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail; organized, analytical
• Can work independently
• Good communication skills
• Experience in regulatory type work
• Knowledge of accessibility practices, laws and guidelines a plus
