Starkey Market is a boutique produce market (and so much more!) located in New Port Richey, Florida. From fulfilling your grocery needs, and introducing you to unique, locally-made products, to being your favorite local coffee shop, ice cream bar, beer and wine bar– and now causal gourmet lunch and dinner spot!

The Trough, a semi permanent food truck located on our property, is our newest addition to Starkey Market and we are looking for attentive, positive and team-oriented individuals to add to our crew!

We are a big team at Starkey Market and teamwork is essential to our business! Experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down workstation
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• Weigh and measure ingredients to be used
• Maintaining overall cleanliness of your work space that ahead to food safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Experience working in BOH positions
• Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
