A Brief Overview As a Flight Nurse or Paramedic, you will deliver exceptional nursing care, assist in developing care plans, provide support to patients and their families, and continuously evaluate and improve patient outcomes. Your role is central to ensuring effective communication throughout the healthcare team. What You Will Do: Provide comprehensive patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating care plans to the healthcare team. Develop detailed nursing care plans by documenting patient conditions and establishing care objectives. Educate patients and their families on healthcare requirements and self-care skills. Evaluate care effectiveness and modify nursing care plans as needed. Maintain a safe and sterile patient care environment. Document all patient care services accurately. Ensure patient care equipment is operational and well-stocked. Commit to maintaining physical fitness as required for the role.
