About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our HR team to support the development, modification, enhancement, and implementation of HR related policies. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in HR employment law, and HR policy development within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR related policies. to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Conduct research on employment legislation and employment regulatory changes.
  • Support in drafting and editing employee handbooks, HR policy manuals, and other HR related documents.
  • Collaborate on policy implementation strategies.
  • Support other HR projects.
  • Attend relevant meetings and training sessions.
  • Suggest process improvements and enhancements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR policies is preferred.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to Learn and take initiatives.
