Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and performance data to assess and meet HVAC system requirements.
• Work closely with the service team to provide seamless client communication and coordination, ensuring satisfaction and clarity.
• Educate clients on system maintenance, troubleshooting techniques, and energy-saving best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in HVAC technologies and industry best practices to ensure top-tier service.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and industry protocols, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
• Must hold an EPA Universal Certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of large-scale commercial HVAC systems, tools, and industry standards.
• Ability to accurately interpret technical data, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proven record of local and stable work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Must be local to San Diego, CA, or willing to relocate.
