Description HVAC Warehouse and Fleet Manager [Hybrid Role] TRIO Heating & Air, a leader in HVAC services in San Jose, CA, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Warehouse and Fleet Manager. Position: Warehouse, Purchasing, and Fleet Manager Location: San Jose, CA 95112 Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations and inventory control. Coordinate with the service department to fulfill equipment and material needs for HVAC projects. Implement best practices for warehouse safety and security. Purchasing Coordination: Manage the purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and supplies. Collaborate with vendors to maintain favorable relationships and secure competitive pricing. Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines. Fleet Operations: Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of the company's fleet of vehicles. Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and registrations to ensure compliance with regulations. Optimize fleet utilization and efficiency while controlling costs. Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse management, purchasing, and/or fleet operations. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
