This position offers a unique opportunity to oversee multiple critical functions within our organization, including warehouse management and fleet operations. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouse organization, maintenance, and inventory control. Coordinate with the service department to fulfill equipment and material needs for HVAC projects. Implement best practices for warehouse safety, security, and efficiency. Conduct regular inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and streamlined operations. Purchasing Coordination: Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring materials. Maintain strong vendor relationships and secure competitive pricing. Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines. Fleet Operations: Supervise fleet maintenance, repairs, and vehicle registrations to ensure compliance. Coordinate inspections and optimize fleet utilization while minimizing costs. Implement tracking systems to improve fleet efficiency and accountability. Operational Efficiency & Leadership: Train and lead warehouse staff, promoting efficiency and accountability. Implement SOPs for inventory, procurement, and fleet management. Control expenses, contribute to financial reporting, and monitor key performance indicators. Collaborate with service, install, and operations teams to optimize workflows. Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse management, purchasing, and/or fleet operations . Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities . Proficiency in inventory management systems (ServiceTitan ) . Valid driver’s license and clean driving record . Passion for process improvement, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.
