🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Turf & Forage Seed Sales Rep , you’ll play a vital role in expanding the company’s footprint by managing existing accounts and cultivating new ones. You’ll be the trusted advisor to clients—from farmers to distributors—providing expertise, solutions, and ongoing support to help their operations thrive.

Key Focus Areas:

• Sales & Growth: Drive revenue by building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Customer Management: Serve as the go-to resource for your clients, providing outstanding support and agronomic insight.
• Training & Leadership: Share your knowledge and mentor teammates in all aspects of turf and forage seed sales.
• Inventory & Procurement: Support the team in managing product availability and customer demand effectively.

🧑‍🌾 What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Turf Management, Horticulture , or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales or within a related field such as turf management, rangeland management, ag-business, or agriculture
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients succeed
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, trade events, and sales support
