Title: MBSE Systems Engineer KBR is seeking a Systems Engineer to support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts for an Intelligence Community customer. Responsibilities: Develop descriptive MBSE models supporting system of systems (SoS) architectures. Support the creation of modeling standards and modeling patterns for logical mission and system definition, enterprise-level concepts of operation, and end-to-end requirement tracing Perform analysis of alternative evaluations of mission/SoS architectures Implement MBSE model simulations and GOTS/COTS tool integrations for architecture assessments Create approaches to support an enterprise-level federated modeling workspace with multiple stakeholders Trace related architecture and analysis models to enterprise tools, requests for change, engineering review board assessments, risks, schedule adjustments, and verification, validation & test (VV&T) Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in the STEM field Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering applications and technology Intermediate knowledge and experience with the System Modeling Language (SysML) OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional certification level 2 or higher; or demonstrated commensurate level of knowledge Object-Oriented Design and Analysis experience either in system model development or programming language Experience with MBSE tool suites (Cameo, SparxEA, Rhapsody etc.) Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) Experience developing/integrating enterprise level architectures and associated requirements Experience with the development of executable UML/SysML/UAF models Familiarity with DoD and/or IC Security Requirements: TS/SCI with Poly Belong, Connect and Grow at KBRAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
