As a Motion Designer, you will collaborate with a collection of creative thinkers united by the simple passion for making things better. In this role, you'll produce broadcast work, as well as content for social platforms, websites and other digital and interactive media. You should possess a strong voice and the ability to recognize how social media can be leveraged to enhance and drive big campaign ideas across all social and digital platforms. You geek out on the myriad ways in which tech and data can be used to push the boundaries of digital & social advertising, all while understanding that emotion is ultimately at the heart of all successful ideas. As part of the integrated production team, you'll find storytelling is at the core of everything you do. We'll expect you to stay aheadcurrent interactive technologies and trends as well asincorporate them into your daily work. To be considered for this role, you must submit an online portfolio and include the link to your reel with your submission. What you’ll do: Craft | Conceptualize new solutions for a digital world. Working closely with an Art Director, Copywriter, User Experience Designer, Animator and other members of the team, the Designer designs for a variety of platforms from concept through completion. Collaborate | Partner with the creative leads to concept, design, present, and defend work while addressing client needs. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the agency to ensure timely deliverables. We’re working with a lot of unknowns – you must be a champion of team environments that are comfortable with ambiguity and encourage collaboration, especially working cross-discipline. Concept and collaborate on campaign ideas, social tactics, and other marketing activations with a creative team while working on multiple projects. Bring proactive ideas to the table.
