SUMMARY

As a New Graduate Nurse Recruiter, you will be primarily responsible for attending and participating in formal campus recruitment events to cultivate relationships and implement successful recruitment plans to ensure RRH is hiring the best possible early talent.

STATUS: Full time

LOCATION: Hybrid, must be able to travel to colleges within NY and PA

DEPARTMENT: Talent Acquistion

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday with some occasional evenings and weekends based on campus events

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hiring Practice Management. The campus recruiter must represent the organization effectively when on campus, at both formal recruiting events (e.g., career fairs, information sessions, interviews) and non-recruiting events (e.g., mock interview workshops, panel discussions). Attract new graduates to opportunities across the system; develop a pool of qualified candidates and maintain all pertinent applicant data in the applicant tracking system.
  • External Marketing. The campus recruiter must understand the competitive landscape at the local and regional colleges, develop relationships with targeted career services and students on campus. Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
  • Research & Evaluation. Participate in regular follow-up with talent leader and campus recruitment team to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation; research and recommend new schools and events for ongoing early talent recruiting.

$60,000.00 - $78,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
