Job Description
PART TIME POSITION - 25 HOURS PER WEEK
Fast-paced, private-owned physical therapy practice is looking to hire a part-time administrator to create a positive first and last impression of the clinic. The candidate must be detail-oriented and will be responsible for managing the front desk and daily operations of the practice. Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide a warm and courteous reception to guests and patients.
Answer and handle all incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Schedule patient appointments.
Collect patient co-pays and outstanding balances.
Fax medical records to referring physicians.
Register new patients.
Be knowledgeable of all services provided to answer patient questions.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the clinic owner.

The candidate should have a proven stable work history and the ability to thrive in a small office environment. The ideal candidate must:

Have the ability to multitask.
Be proficient in computer skills and organizational skills.
Have effective verbal and written communication.
Have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with both co-workers and patients.
