Per Diem Physical Therapist Opportunity with Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Ventura County (Camarillo, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and more!)

The Role:

Competitive Hourly Rates of $50 to $60.
Flexible, as needed hours to fit your schedule and needs!
Network of outpatient ortho clinics throughout Ventura, LA, and Orange Counties to find additional float options to fit your needs.
Per Diem or Part-Time options available.

Position Summary:

Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
Create individualized care plans for each treatment
Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
