Requirements Pulmonary Critical Care Provider for night shift for 6/16-6/22. Inpatient Daily coverage hours are 7p-7a Monday-Friday. looking for an ICU doc which looks like it needs to be a quick turnaround - We would want to see BOTH Pulmonary Consults and Critical Care logs. The Critical Care needs to be clearly defined as such or it doesn?t count. So minimum 50 pulmonary consults and 30 minimum critical care visits in the past 12 months. They also must be boarded or eligible for boards in both pulmonary and critical care. Physician will be inhouse as an intensivist from 7p-7a and will take all calls during this week. Onsite at Cape Coral Campus. This physician will be the sole provider at night for the Cape Coral Hospital as a Critical Care Intensivist. He/she will provide care for the 36 bed ICU at Cape Coral Hospital and accept consults during the night from the ED and Hospitalist team. Patient per day can vary according to census, typically a very busy unit. No support staff. Urgent procedures as needed in the ICU.SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS:Lee Health Privilege CriteriaREQUIREMENTS:Providers must have an active FL license,Clean background and clean NPDB ( ran within 6 months)must be Board CertifiedCASE LOGS : MUST be Primary Source and the report has to come from the facility with the facility name, provider?s name and dates of service or the range of dates. *** Must allow 30 days for Credentialing** MUST SHOW THE PAST 12 MONTHS ONLY.
