What You’ll Tackle
Build & Rebuild: Install water, drainage, and vent systems in homes and light-commercial spaces—copper, PEX, PVC, cast iron, you name it.
Own the Fix: Diagnose and repair complex piping issues the right way, the first time.
Read the Roadmap: Interpret blueprints and local codes like a pro to nail layouts and keep inspectors smiling.
Conquer the Dirty Work: Service septic tanks, ejector pumps, and commercial sewer mains without batting an eye.
Wow the Customer: Craft crystal-clear, itemized estimates that show clients exactly why you’re worth every penny.
Lead Safety: Champion OSHA standards and mentor apprentices so everyone goes home safe.
The Skills We Can’t Live Without
Active Connecticut Journeyman license or equivalent documented hours.
Fluency in blueprints, risers, and schematics.
Strength & Stamina—lift 50 lbs, navigate crawl spaces, climb ladders.
Sherlock-level troubleshooting chops and a knack for creative, code-approved solutions.
Professional, upbeat communication that turns first-time customers into lifetime fans.
