Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Research Assistant III to support the development and optimization of cell culture media and growth supplements. This individual will play a key role in designing and conducting experiments to drive innovation across a range of products for human primary cells and cell lines.

• Design and perform experiments to develop or optimize cell culture media and supplements.
• Work with a wide range of human primary cells and established cell lines.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of experimental procedures and results.
• Analyze data and generate technical reports or presentations for internal teams.
• Apply aseptic techniques consistently and expertly in all cell culture activities.
• Conduct analytical and functionality testing (e.g., cell growth assays).
• Troubleshoot cell and media-related issues, including raw materials, formulations, storage conditions, and QC assays.
• Manage laboratory inventory of reagents, chemicals, and supplies.

• Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field OR Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with aseptic cell culture, especially with human primary cells.
• Solid understanding of basic biology, chemistry, and laboratory instrumentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and technical writing.
• Competency with MS Office and general computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate and share findings with internal stakeholders.

• Understands and adheres to all laboratory safety procedures and policies.
• Complies with all regulatory and workplace safety standards.

• Work is conducted in both laboratory and office settings.
• May involve occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Flexibility for extended or weekend hours as needed to support project timelines.
