Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Management of assigned Sales reps & customers to meet sales objectives and revenue
• Support customer inquiries and new customer engagements
• Build relationship and regular visits with local Sales reps & customers
• Devise promotion strategy on new customer/markets penetration and executing with
• available resources.
• Regular reporting on sales forecasts, business review & business plan.
• Additional duties as required

Qualifications

• BS degree in EE or BA and 5 plus years Sales experiences
• Sales experience including identifying, promoting and closing opportunities, as well as
• proven capabilities to generate long term customer relationships
• Product experience relating to 8 & 32-bit Microcontrollers, Automotive Battery
• Management IC and HDMI nice to have.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint for daily activities and reporting.
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, positive personality, self-driven, work well under pressure and as a team
• player.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally
