Job Description

ACERTUS is looking for a Salesforce & Pardot Administrator to take ownership of the systems and workflows that power our go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on role that will oversee Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Salesforce CRM, Zoom Info, and other tools to create a unified, data-driven funnel from first-touch to qualified lead.

This person will be responsible for marketing automation execution, CRM process optimization, list management, sales enablement, and campaign analytics-ensuring our internal teams are equipped with clean data, streamlined systems, and actionable insights to fuel growth.

Schedule : Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm

Pay : $115,000 - $140,000 Based on Experience

This position will sit in St. Louis, MO, Mission KS, Rancho Cordova, CA or Remote.

What you will be doing:

Campaign Management & Marketing Automation (Pardot)
  • Build and deploy list emails, nurture programs, form handlers, redirects, page actions, and dynamic content.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Pardot sync errors weekly to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce.
  • Develop and optimize B2BMA dashboards and monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Create and maintain engagement programs, form automations, page actions, and campaign tracking URLs.
CRM & Salesforce Administration
  • Serve as Salesforce Admin for campaign setup, lead routing, data integrity, and reporting.
  • Manage campaign records, member statuses, and bulk import processes for leads and contacts.
  • Own reporting dashboards (conversion, funnel health, source attribution) using Salesforce and Tableau.
Zoom Info Ownership & Lead Enablement
  • Weekly persona-based list pulls and account/contact enrichment via Zoom Info.
  • Set up automated workflows and refine segmentation strategies to support outbound campaigns.
  • Manage data imports from Zoom Info into Salesforce and Pardot, including deduplication and persona tagging.
  • Support list building and campaign development for Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment teams.
Sales Enablement & Operational Support
  • Establish and maintain lead scoring, grading, routing, and follow-up cadences.
  • Document and optimize sales workflows, from prospecting to close.
  • Train teams on new tools, and processes.
  • Collaborate on paid campaigns, website optimization, and landing page conversion tracking.
Project & Tool Management
  • Use Asana for cross-functional project coordination.
  • Leverage Zapier and other automation tools to streamline workflows.
  • Maintain a centralized Pardot Wiki and campaign documentation for team use.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
What we require:
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing automation, sales/revenue operations, or CRM administration.
  • Salesforce Admin certification required and 3 years' minimum experience.
  • Pardot experience required
  • Zoom Info or other 3rd party data tool experience preferred.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Zoom Info, Tableau, Excel, and campaign tracking best practices.
  • Experience with list management, lead imports, form optimization, campaign tagging, and UTM tracking.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
