We’re now looking for an experienced SEO Manager to take the lead on all things search. If you live and breathe SEO, love working autonomously, and have strong agency experience, this remote role could be a great fit. The Opportunity You’ll own the strategy and execution of organic search for both client and internal projects — from technical audits to content strategy and on-page optimisation. You’ll work closely with our content and PPC teams to drive performance across the board, and you’ll be trusted to lead SEO conversations with clients directly. This role is perfect for someone who’s analytical, proactive, and deeply passionate about driving organic growth. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across a mix of clients and verticals Conduct technical SEO audits and guide (or directly implement) fixes Optimise website content and meta elements to boost visibility and performance Conduct keyword research to uncover growth opportunities Monitor and report on rankings, traffic, and conversions, using tools like Looker Studio Create detailed content briefs for writers, aligned to SEO goals Collaborate with content, design and paid media teams to ensure integrated campaign success Stay across algorithm updates, SEO trends, and emerging tools and technologies What You’ll Bring 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience ( agency experience essential ) Strong knowledge of technical, on-page and content SEO best practices Confident communicating with clients and leading calls or meetings independently Familiarity with CMS platforms and the ability to implement changes directly Experience with Screaming Frog, SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console and Looker Studio Analytical mindset and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data Excellent time management and attention to detail Bonus points if you can write/tweak copy yourself to support on-page optimisation A Bit About You You’re performance-driven and love seeing your work move the needle You take initiative and are always looking for the next opportunity to improve results You stay sharp and ahead of the curve when it comes to algorithm changes and industry shifts You genuinely care about organic search and love helping brands grow How we work: This is a remote role, with core working hours aligned to the Australian AEST time zone.
