Staff Accountant

Primary Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant

• Reporting to the Controller, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with preparing and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations.
• Assist accounts payable department with coding certain invoices, 1099 annual filings.
• Assist with month end analysis and forecasting.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred qualifications of the Staff Accountant

• BS Accounting/Finance/Business (Accounting highly preferred)
• 2+years general ledger accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with pivots and vlookups
