As the Student Talent Manager (STM) , you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing co-curricular and out-of-school programs that empower students to discover and pursue their passions. You will be the instructional and operational leader of Projects, overseeing every step from planning to execution, while reporting directly to the school’s Academy Leader (AL).

The salary for this role ranges from $58,000 to $100,000 , determined by factors such as relevant experience and education certifications. Candidates without full-time teaching experience will likely start at $58,000.
*Note: If starting before June 30, 2025, compensation will be based on a slightly lower range, with an increase on July 1, 2025, aligning with the new scale.
